| Sumatra is a very
beautiful island, offering the visitor everything from wildlife and
nature, to culture, diving, and relaxation.
Sumatra has many dive sites, not yet so well known to the
visitor. Many of the dive sites are fairly easy to access.
Accommodation of high standard is easily available in many parts
of the island.
The main entry point of North Sumatra is Medan, which can be
reached either via Jakarta, or from Singapore by air. Medan is
one of Indonesia's major business centres. The main entry point for
West Sumatra is Padang.
